ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced

Hi DBA-Mates,

We faced this issue some days before, which we would like to share with you all friends.

We got this issue when starting the database after clone. Please find the below issue and solution. Hope will be useful:

Issues:-

SQL> alter database open;

 Solution:

Step-1:

SQL>alter database rename file '+DATA/prd/tempfile/temp1.402.800011689' to '/backup/ora-data/apps_st/data/temp1.402.800011689';

SQL>alter database rename file '+DATA/prd/tempfile/temp2.403.800011689' to '/backup/ora-data/apps_st/data/temp2.403.800011689';

Step-2:

$echo $ORA_NLS10

Scp  -r 9idata/ oracle@192.168.125.67:$ORACLE_HOME/nls/data/

Step-3:

SQL>conn ‘/as sysdba’

SQL>startup mount pfile='/backup/ora-data/db/dbs/initPRD.ora';

SQL>select file# from v$datafile;

SQL>select file# from v$datafile where file#=379;

SQL> recover datafile 379;

Media recovery complete.

SQL>alter database open;

Database altered.

SQL>
